• [29 April 2020] The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement has made information accessible through graphics and sign language interpretation.

Social protection and employment support

• [27 April 2020] The Overcoming as One: COVID-19 Economic Relief Plan includes provisions for in-kind food transfers to vulnerable households and at-risk populations, as well as cash transfers to the most vulnerable and affected families.
• [14 September 2020] The Rehabilitation Department of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement has distributed cash assistance of K30,000 each to 200,000 persons with disabilities, including those from poor households, quarantined at home or in facilities, and infected by the pandemic.
